Fulfillment & Shipping Schedule

Business Hours: Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. The fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. We are closed on weekends and all federal holidays.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following business days.

Processing Time

Most orders ship out the day after they are placed. Occasionally, an order may ship the same day, but this is rare and not guaranteed. We allow up to two full business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Notifications

When your shipping label is printed, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. Please note that a printed label does not mean your order has shipped—it indicates that it is being prepared for shipment. Orders are typically handed off to the carrier (USPS or UPS) on the same day the label is printed; however, this is not guaranteed. Once the carrier has your package, any additional updates or information regarding delivery should be obtained directly from the carrier using your tracking number. Always track your package on the carrier's official website (www.usps.com or www.ups.com). We advise against using the Shop App, as its information may be inaccurate.

When to Contact Us

Please wait two full business days before inquiring about your order. For example, if you place an order on Monday, please wait until Thursday before contacting us. If you place an order on Friday, your order may not ship until the end of the day on Tuesday, as weekends are not business days.

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, contact us, and we can issue a full refund if the order has not left the facility. If the package has already shipped, you will need to return the item sealed in its original condition. Once we receive it back, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, shipping times and delays are beyond our control. The shipping fees you pay at checkout are passed directly to the carrier, and we do not profit from expedited shipping charges. In the case of carrier delays, we cannot be held responsible.

Our team works diligently to provide quality products and excellent service. We kindly ask that you remain respectful when contacting our customer service representatives. Profanity or rudeness will not be tolerated and may result in a complete ban from ordering on our website.

Shipping Timeframes

Here’s an example to clarify how shipping times are calculated: If you place an order on Monday, January 2nd, the latest ship date will be Wednesday, January 4th, by the end of the day. While we aim to ship by Tuesday, January 3rd, this is not guaranteed. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Additional Notes

We do not ship internationally. We also do not ship to states where THCA hemp products are banned, including Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont. Orders over $150 are considered high-value and may require an adult signature.

Please note that UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air do not offer Saturday delivery. Orders shipped on a Friday using these methods will arrive on Monday (Next Day Air) or Tuesday (2nd Day Air).
